Search engine Google had this as its graphic on Christmas Day.  They celebrate every stinking left wing holiday, but take a pass at one of Christianity’s  most holy days – ridiculous.

OK – mark me down as 100% fed up with all of the leftists talking about people trying to kill our President.   The Left’s disturbing obsession with this dark vision is unconscionable.  Just in the past few days, Nancy Pelosi hinted around about it in press conference (video below), and  even Hugo Chavez is now getting in on the act, commenting during his UN Address:

“I hope God will protect Obama from the bullets that killed Kennedy,” he said. (WaPo)

The reason these folks are so willing to put this kind of sick rhetoric out there is that Obama can only be President for a max of two terms (shudder), but as a Martyr, he can live on for a very long time.  Watch these folks people  – they are playing for keeps – lets hope our President stays safe – for as much as we disagree with his policies, we cannot let the left play this very dangerous game.

Talk about a master of self delusion!  Van Jones claims that people paying attention to the things he has said in the past both far back and recently.  He things that is a “SMEAR” campaign!  PUH-LEASE! 

I’m afraid to ask what “Contributions” he will be making in the future!

“I am resigning my post at the Council on Environmental Quality, effective today.

On the eve of historic fights for health care and clean energy, opponents of reform have mounted a vicious smear campaign against me. They are using lies and distortions to distract and divide.

I have been inundated with calls – from across the political spectrum – urging me to “stay and fight.”

But I came here to fight for others, not for myself. I cannot in good conscience ask my colleagues to expend precious time and energy defending or explaining my past. We need all hands on deck, fighting for the future.

It has been a great honor to serve my country and my President in this capacity. I thank everyone who has offered support and encouragement. I am proud to have been able to make a contribution to the clean energy future. I will continue to do so, in the months and years ahead.”

Senator Edward Kennedy, dying from brain cancer, has just sent a letter to Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick requesting that they amend the current law which requires Senate vacancies to be be filled through a special election.

He claims to support the law, but also doesn’t want the people of Massachussetts to be denied representation.

I have an idea – why doesn’t the Senator declare that he is stepping down so that a special election can be called!  Brain cancers have an extremely low survival rate, and he has already “served” the people for 47 years.  Maybe he should just freaking RETIRE.  That would allow a special election and by announcing his planned timing of retirement, the election could have been held the DAY he retired, thus avoiding any so called “emergency”.

This is a pure play to make sure that a Democrat is guaranteed to take his seat – nothing more and nothing less.  You are witnessing totalitarianism in action folks – this is EXACTLY what this is – make no mistake.  Just like George Orwell’s Animal Farm, you wake up one day and the laws are slightly different than when you went to bed.  Until one day the final law is :

“All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others”

They also rode a cable car through the Australian rain forest, visited a penguin rookery and flew to the South Pole.  The 11-day trip — with six spouses traveling along as well — took place over New Year’s 2008……

Lawmakers say the trip offered them a valuable chance to learn about global warming and to monitor how federal funds are spent. “The trip we made was more valuable than 100 hearings,” said Rep. Baird, its leader. “Are there members of Congress who take trips somewhat recreationally? Perhaps. Is this what this trip was about? Absolutely not.”

The knowledge gained is “profoundly important to how I do this job,” added Mr. Baird, who at the time headed the House Science Committee’s subcommittee on research and science education.

This is no joke.  A St. Louis man was arrested for allegedly making terrorist threats – a felony – to one of those annoying extended car warranty scam companies.  His terror threat?  After being insulted by the company he told them he ought to burn their building down.  Is there anyone who hasn’t been the subject of these calls who doesn’t feel the same way?

Last year, then-Attorney General Jay Nixon sued the firm for misleading consumers, and a condition of that suit’s settlement was that TXEN Partners would refer to consumers’ expiring warranties only if the company believes “in good faith” that those claims are true.

Tracie Papenfus said her husband called a St. Louis telemarketing firm — she didn’t know the name — after getting a mailer stating that the factory warranty had expired for the 1996 Ford Taurus driven by his 23-year-old son. The car, bought as-is for $3,000, hasn’t had a factory warranty for years.

“He wanted to know, ‘Why are you sending this when we’ve never had a warranty?’” Tracie Papenfus said.

In fact, Charles Papenfus asked that same question several times. He called the firm after receiving the mailer, then he called the company back to complain some more, said Douglas Forsyth, a local attorney representing Papenfus. The call during which Papenfus allegedly made a terrorist threat was initiated by the firm, in a response to a voice-mail message left by Papenfus, Forsyth said.

“They insulted each other,” Forsyth said, adding that Papenfus called the company “a scam” and the telemarketer called Papenfus “a jackass or (an expletive) or both.”

Forsyth said that, several minutes into the call, Papenfus said something about burning down the firm’s building.

Someone explain to me why a teenage boy who knocks up his girlfriend, and then abandons his responsibilities is somehow qualified to comment on Sarah Palin’s political motives.  Why is the left fawning over this guy?  he deserves nothing but contempt.

The answer of course is that he is a USEFUL IDIOT for the Leftards and their relentless attacks on Sarah Palin.

Think – why are they so interested in destroying this woman?  Its because they are scared and concerned about what she represents – a “regular” person (well as regular as you can be to enter politics) who has a sense of mainstream American values.  She is the DESTROYER of all the BS they have been slinging to the masses and they dont’t know what to do about it other than destroy her using Alinsky rule #13:  Pick the target, freeze it and personalize it.

…..and the Jerusalem Post reports  that 6 Iranian Mousavi supporters were hanged

“Amid the talk of despair and quashed protests, one defiant reformist supporter told this reporter: “The regime wants the world to think they have won. Don’t believe it… Even if this regime is about to collapse, they would not let anybody know until their final hour.”

Why should we be surprised that they hanged them – the world did nothing when they beat and shot people in the streets.  It’s so sad.

Cynthia McKinney Earns Certificate of INSANITY

This past December McKinney, who was once arrested for slapping a US Capitol Policeman who asked her for ID, decided to get on a boat in an attempt to get around Israel’s blockade and dock the vessel in a war zone so she could help and resupply the terrorist group Hamas. McKinney was on the boat as it was damaged by an Israeli navy vessel which rammed it three times before it was sent on its merry moonbat way home.

Israel’s consulate general accused McKinney of a “reckless political stunt.” (AJC)
