and they say birthers are crazy?  But the Montery NBC affiliate was ok running this story…go figure how she was able to do this research without a copy of his birth certificate!

PS:  Got to love the label of WORLD LEADER next to Obama’s name  – yikes!

The issues around the veracity of Obama’s birth certificate have taken a decidedly “Alinksy” turn as of late.  Specifically – Alinsky Rule 5 – Ridicule is Man’s most Potent Weapon.

While the left blogosphere has been at this for many months, there have recently been recent mentions in the main stream media of the birth certificate issue, but with an apologetic tone and containing the usual mocking tone, or straight out calling birthers “crazy” (See THIS Mother Jones Article).  In fact Lou Dobbs raised the issue and was quickly squashed by CNN’s President who declared it a “Dead issue”  even though USA Today reported that:

CNN researchers determined that Obama’s 1961 birth certificate no longer exists because Hawaiian officials had discarded paper documents in 2001 — a claim denied Monday by Hawaiian health officials. In 2001, Hawaii’s paper documents were reproduced in electronic format, but “any paper data prior to that still exists,” Health Department spokeswoman Janice Okubo said.  Okubo would not say where Obama’s original birth certificate is but said, “We have backups for all of our backups.”

The right blogosphere has even taken up arms against the birther issues by declaring it a distraction

Right leaning blogs have picked up quickly on the fact that the so called “Birther” issue is being used in a classic reversal – to marginalize and mock those who would dare question President Obama’s eligibility to be President based on Constitutional citizenship requirements.  

Obama could have requested the release of the original Birth Certificate from the State of Hawaii months ago.  Instead, his team has permitted this issue to fester, which in turn has allowed his critics to build into a froth around it.  His strategy now is to mock and diminish those poor idiots who just can’t accept reality and paint his detractors are raving lunatics.  Heck – he may even turn around with a birth certificate down the road to make the birthers look even more foolish.  At this point, the closest we have come to the truth has been a statement from the Hawaii State Department of Health, who is probably tired of receiving dozens of calls every day.

But The Birth Certificate is a RED HERRING!

The more likely scenario is that Barry/Barack Obama carries DUAL CITIZENSHIP.   Most likely – he carries USA and Indonesian citizenship.  Possibly Kenyan as well?

While having Dual Citizenship is not illegal, it could be construed that holding such makes him “Subject to a foreign power”  and placing his US citizenship in an very odd spot.  At minimum it would be highly irregular for an American President to potentially hold loyalties to more than one country!   The US State Department provides some helpful  info on Dual Citizenship:

The U.S. Government recognizes that dual nationality exists but does not encourage it as a matter of policy because of the problems it may cause. Claims of other countries on dual national U.S. citizens may conflict with U.S. law, and dual nationality may limit U.S. Government efforts to assist citizens abroad. The country where a dual national is located generally has a stronger claim to that person’s allegiance.

However, dual nationals owe allegiance to both the United States and the foreign country. They are required to obey the laws of both countries. Either country has the right to enforce its laws, particularly if the person later travels there.Most U.S. citizens, including dual nationals, must use a U.S. passport to enter and leave the United States. Dual nationals may also be required by the foreign country to use its passport to enter and leave that country.

Dual Citizenship would be a politically damaging secret that Obama would not want leaked, as it most certainly would have destroyed his candidacy for the the Democratic nomination.

So even if we wish to set aside the HAWAII BIRTH question (and we should not), many questions still remain…

• Does he have Indonesian Citizenship as his school registration records indicate?
• Did he leverage his foreign citizenship for a cheaper ride to college (Occidental, Columbia, Harvard)?    Obama claims he used student loans – since they are funded through the Federal government, the people have a right to know.  Rumours also exist that he had his Harvard tuitition paid by influential people  – if this is true then to whom who does he owe his education?
• What passport did he used for his 1981 trip to Pakistan?

At the end of the day, it might be found that there is no “Legal” issue with his citizenship status. Even if that is found to be the case, the real issue is this:

The American People had a RIGHT TO KNOW his background – and Obama’s deliberate attempts to hide ANY of this information is a a DECEPTION. 

Remember - its never the crime that gets you – it’s always the cover up!

Obama defends his Hawaii birth during his speech in Russia  – with a lighthearted joke.  It still would have worked if he told the truth and said Kenya.

Good morning. It is a great honor for me to join you at the New Economic School. Michelle and I are so pleased to be in Moscow. And as somebody who was born in Hawaii, I’m glad to be here in July instead of January. (Laughter and applause.)

Rep Marsha Blackburn(R-Tenn) has signed on as the 6th cosponsor of HR1503, a bill that would require presidential candidates to produce a birth certificate and any other documents proving US Citizenship.  Rear more at worldnetdaily HERE.  Call your Congressperson and Senator to ask them to support this bill!

To amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to require the principal campaign committee of a candidate for election to the office of President to include with the committee’s statement of organization a copy of the candidate’s birth certificate, together with such other documentation as may be necessary to establish that the candidate meets the qualifications for eligibility to the Office of President under the Constitution.

In a motion you can see HERE, the Justice Department filed a motion to dismiss the Kirchner v Obama suit (states Obama does not have citizenship thus not eligible for being President).  The motion was followed by a 36 Page brief providing specifics to support the motion.  You would think that proving he was a natural born citizen would be the far simpler way of dismissing the suit.   A Birth Certificate is just one Page – this motion is 36 pages.

The reasons for the motion were:

1) The “Plaintiffs lack standing” – this is most disturbing – read the brief to see how seriously they are trampling on the Constitution.

“Plaintiffs have not alleged a particularized,palpable injury personal to them stemming from President Obama’selection and/or his service as President of the United States.Rather, they have alleged an injury that they share with millions of other Americans.  As a result, the Plaintiffs fail to meet theinjury-in-fact component of standing.”

2) The US District Court where the suit was filed “lacks subject matter jurisdiction”

3)   ”The Defendants are immune from suit”

4) Plaintiffs failed to follow certain rules in the filing of the suit

So says Pat Boone in his Newsmax story today

“…Because of the furor and allegations, and because candidate Obama wouldn’t or couldn’t produce a valid U.S. birth certificate, an official or two were dispatched from Washington to see if one existed in Hawaii. After a brief huddled conference with a local data and statistic keeper, from which no press statements were released, there was a brief and quiet announcement that the matter was “resolved.” What does that mean?

Many, who know more than I do about what actually happened, notably the United States Justice Foundation, have surmised that baby Obama’s mother, about to have her child in Kenya, had booked a flight to Hawaii but was prohibited from flying because delivery was so imminent. But soon after baby Barack was born, USJF theorizes she flew with him to Oahu and obtained some kind of “record of birth” as if he’d been born there.

Now, because this Foundation and a number of other organizations have persevered in demanding to see an actual original birth certificate, a published report claims that a high level legal team has already been paid over $800,000 to block all efforts to see even the certificate that may exist, valid or original … or not.”
